Russell Macnow, Esq.

Mr. Macnow completed his undergraduate education in 1989 at George Washington University and graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1993. He was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Federal Court in 1993. 

 

As the managing partner of the law firm, Mr. Macnow’s responsibilities are all encompassing. He has been practicing for over 20 years, and in that time has become a top trial attorney. He has handled a wide range of litigated matters including: Insurance Defense, Commercial Disputes, Insurance Coverage, Personal Injury, Environmental and Design Professional Liability. 

 

He has extensive trial and appellate experience as well as several reported and unreported appellate and Supreme Court Cases. 

 

In addition to his litigation experience, he also has a unique and detailed understanding of Environmental Law, Insurance Fraud, Community Association Law, Collections and Breach of Contract. 

 

Mr. Macnow brings a level of dedication, professionalism and preparedness to each and every case that can only be equaled and is never surpassed.

Judge Blum graduated from New York Law School in 1962 and was admitted to practice in New York in 1963 and in New Jersey in 1969. 

 

In 1983, after 21 years of practice Judge Blum was appointed as a Municipal Court Judge in Monmouth County, New Jersey. For the next 12 years he presided over the Courts in Hazlet, Aberdeen, Union Beach, Keyport and Freehold Boro.

 

In 1994, Judge Blum was named the "Presiding Judge of the Municipal Courts" in Monmouth County, New Jersey. In 1996, he was chosen to be the Juvenile Referee of the Monmouth County Superior Court Family Division. He held both of these positions until his retirement in 2006. 

 

In the years since his retirement from the public sector, he has applied his experience as a Judge of the Municipal Courts and Juvenile Referee in his private practice. Judge Blum now sits as Civil Arbitrator for Attorney’s and represents clients in municipal court and juvenile defense on a part-time basis.

After completing his undergraduate education in 2006 at Rutgers College at Rutgers University with a B.A. in Economics, Mr. Silber went to the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he graduated in 2009.

 

While at Hofstra, Mr. Silber was a member of the Moot Court Association, a competitor in Wechsler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition and a Teaching Assistant for the Securities and Arbitration Clinic. 

 

In 2010, Mr. Silber was admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. After passing the bar, Mr. Silber joined a law firm based in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, where his practice focused on Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Real Estate and Family Law.

 

In 2014, Mr. Silber joined our offices, where he continues to represent clients in the areas of Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Real Estate and Family Law, with a greater focus on Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Community Association Law, Landlord-Tenant Disputes, Indictable Blue Collar Crimes, Disorderly Person Offenses, Real Estate Closings, Divorce and Post-Divorce Judgment Custody and Child Support Disputes.
